Google Europe Scholarship for Students with Disabilities
The scholarship aims to help dismantle barriers that prevent students with disabilities from entering computing, encourage them to excel in their studies and become active role models and leaders in creating technology. Candidates should be at the final year of a Bachelor’s degree, or enrolled in a Master’s or PhD programme or equivalent in 2010/2011, be enrolled in a University in Europe, be citizens, permanent residents, and international students with disabilities studying at a University in Europe. The best candidates will each receive a cash prize grant and will be invited at the Google’s Engineering Centre in Zurich for an all-expenses-paid networking retreat in June 2010.
Deadline to send the application form is 15 March 2010.
