Hungary has been a member of the European Union since 2004. You can easily recognize some small signs of the change such as the flag of the EU on the buildings of the Hungarian Republic. There are also some billboards showing the grants and investments whose aim is to resurrect parks, streets, bridges and public transportation. Our ID is valid in other European countries and we can study or work abroad, start to set up a business in any other member countries or settle down with our family all over Europe.
